Central Station Monitoring
You simply cannot have your eyes everywhere at all times. Fortunately, we have the right solution for you. Our UL-Listed Central Station is ready and standing by 24/7 to promptly handle all alarm signals. Redline Security and Fire Alarm systems are equipped with the most secured tamper-proof technology including supervised cellular, IP, and dual IP/cellular to ensure your alarm is always connected to our operators. Telephone options are available as well.
Our operators all participate in a rigorous training program and are equipped to handle all calls professionally and consistently. Our staff always has a full zone description to provide you with the most accurate information of troubles and alarms.
You will rest easier home or away knowing that your property is being constantly monitored for danger. If a fire or other emergency is detected, our monitoring service responds with both automatic and verified police, fire department and EMS notification. This service is available for all systems monitored by Redline Security.
Our Central Station features multiple backup systems to ensure that the connection is maintained even during the worst disaster. All servers, phone switches, network appliances, and vital equipment are kept on two uninterruptible power sources. In addition, there are multiple PRI/T1 lines coming into the facility, allowing the firm to transfer phone lines over to backup lines in the event one of the lines is down. Telephone lines are from 2 different providers. There are two (2) separate internet providers feeding the facility, with a SonicWall router automatically polling the primary provider and automatically transferring to the secondary provider in the event of a network failure.
